Click here to visit the login page.
Can you just email a copy of my taxes?
For security reasons, we strongly prefer not to send your personal information through email. Secure File Pro is a much safer way to provide access to your documents.
How can I use my portal to send you my tax information?
Begin by logging in to your SecureFilePro portal (if you are a new client, we can create this for you with your name and social security number). Simply upload supporting documentation to your client portal using the “Upload” button in the “To Preparer” section of your files page. Supporting documentation includes documents such as W-2s and 1099s. Also be sure to complete the New Client Info Packet or Returning Client Info Packet.
I forgot the password and/or username for my portal. What should I do?
Click “Forgot username or password” on the login screen. We are not able to reset passwords or usernames on your behalf.
Can I list more than one email address for my client portal?
Unfortunately, Secure File Pro only allows one email address per portal account. We use the primary taxpayer email on file at our office. However, you may download documents from the portal and distribute them as needed.
